Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • In case of high order volume or delays beyond our control, we will notify you via email/SMS.

Shipping Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Interior Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies on orders below ₹999

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link.

  • You can track your order status anytime using the provided tracking details.
